He continued on to receive his Juris Doctorate Degree from the prestigious University of Florida Levin College of Law founded in 1909, which ranks #1 in the State of Florida.
After graduation, Mark began to refine his trial skills and practice abilities as an Assistant Public Defender for the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. While an Assistant Public Defender, Mark represented the less fortunate in County, Juvenile, Circuit and Drug Court. Mark transitioned into private practice in 2008 and has successfully defended thousands of criminal and traffic related matters in the Tampa Bay area. He took the litigation skills that he learned as a Public Defender and expanded the scope of the firm from criminal law to also include civil litigation. He has since represented the interests of numerous clients involved in automobile and motorcycle accidents.
Mark is perhaps most well known and respected for his commitment, approachability, and resourcefulness that he brings to the table on behalf of his clients. Since insurance companies are increasingly opting to take claims to trial rather than settle, Mark’s trial experience has proven to be invaluable.
